We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide top-notch support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including typing documents, preparing and maintaining files and records, and assisting with procurement and personnel documentation
  • Greet and direct visitors, answer telephones, and provide general information to callers
  • Electronically edit documents, spreadsheets, and diagrams, and collect, prepare, and disseminate data for various reports and forms
  • Create and maintain detailed files or lists as needed, and scan and file correspondence, records, and reports
  • Operate standard office equipment, including computer terminal, scanner, and copier, and perform basic word processing and data entry tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with basic knowledge of PC and minimal experience in administrative support
  • Valid driver's license and ability to accurately type 35 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and the general public
