Project Manager - Warehouse Automation (Fully Remote)

Employer Industry: Warehouse Automation Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 • Generous paid time off (PTO) and 11 paid company holidays, including your birthday • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA/FSA accounts • 401(k) match and education assistance provided • Opportunity to lead complex material handling projects and make a significant impact in the industry • Supportive work environment with a focus on professional development What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Lead and coordinate activities associated with assigned projects from order receipt to completion • Manage project budgets, track costs, and communicate status to management • Develop and execute commissioning and integration test plans for equipment and subsystems • Provide Project Change Orders (PCOs) to customers for changes in project scope or schedule • Maintain positive cash flow on all projects and follow up on past-due invoices What Is Required (Qualifications) • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, engineering, or a related field • 5-8 years of experience in the Material Handling Industry, preferably with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) • Strong understanding of project execution responsibilities when interfacing with contractors and owners • Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders • Competent use of MS Office applications, MS Project, and financial control packages How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience working as a Project Manager for large-scale projects • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and project budgeting • Ability to use AutoCAD • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience coordinating on-site activities involving multiple contractors #WarehouseAutomation #ProjectManagement #CareerOpportunity #CompetitivePay #EmployeeBenefits At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
