About the Role

As an Overnight Inbound Stocking Expert, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating a welcoming experience for our guests by authentically greeting them and providing exceptional service
• Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation, including unloading and stocking merchandise
• Maintaining sales floor instocks for General Merchandise categories
• Operating power equipment (if certified) and partnering with leaders to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Working with accuracy and attention to detail to manage defectives and environmentally sensitive items
• Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance in all aspects of your work

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Comfortable with technology, including handheld scanners and frequency devices

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment as directed
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
