As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing education on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Work overnight weekend shifts (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights) to provide customer support via phone, email, and other channels
  • Configure and troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues for customers, including connecting standard consumer electronic devices
  • Provide education on our products and services, recommend solutions to meet customer needs, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Reply to customer email inquiries, work with customers to sign up for new services, and resolve basic billing issues
  • Troubleshoot advanced networking protocols within our company network

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and consumer wireless routers
  • High ethical standards, strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to solve problems with patience and a positive approach, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
