Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via chat and email, providing accurate and timely responses to resolve issues and meet customer needs

  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide expert support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve performance and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat and email environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with arenaflex products and services or similar industry knowledge

  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and other customer support tools
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
