Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier. As a Stocker/Cashier, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
• Operating the register, processing transactions, and handling customer payments
• Stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining store appearance
• Participating in inventory management and monitoring stock levels

Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring stock levels

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability
• Follow merchandising planograms to create visually appealing displays
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective time management and organizational skills
