As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, customer service).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
