Remote Finance Management Coordinator - Entry Level Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Records Receivable Division as a Finance Management Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and mitigating risk by analyzing and resolving financial discrepancies with our clients.

Job Summary:

In this exciting entry-level opportunity, you will work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues with financial transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and analyzing aged receivables to identify potential risks
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies with client accounts, including skipped invoices, amount deficiencies, and pricing errors
• Engaging with clients to understand their accounting, purchasing, and delivery cycles and methodologies
• Identifying and addressing root causes of client exceptions
• Maintaining accurate client data and performing system maintenance as needed
• Projecting account performance for period and quarter-end reporting purposes
• Driving personal growth and continuous learning through education and feedback

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• An Associate's Degree or 3 years of experience in Accounting or a related field
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and execute objectives with minimal supervision
• A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to leverage technology to drive process improvements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
• Experience with Accounting Systems and AR (preferred)
