About the Role

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers via email and live chat. You will be the face of our brand, and your goal will be to create memorable and personalized experiences for each and every customer. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Learn and utilize our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Use internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and initiatives to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

  • Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
  • Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and distractions
  • Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
  • Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience working from home or in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with internal management systems and communication software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in navigating multiple tabs and windows

  • Familiarity with Google Meet and other video conferencing tools

Compensation and Benefits

As a part-time Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you can expect to earn a competitive hourly rate of $13.00/hr.
