About the Role
As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers via email and live chat. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Learn and utilize our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
- Use internal communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and initiatives to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications
- Able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls
- Have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal noise and distractions
- Able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
- Available to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Experience working from home or in a remote setting
- Familiarity with internal management systems and communication software
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in navigating multiple tabs and windows

Compensation and Benefits
