Job Description:

We're looking for a seasoned CPA to oversee accounting operations for our diverse portfolio of companies, including Nevada, Wyoming, and Delaware LLCs and C-Corporations. Your expertise will be essential in managing bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, attributing expenses, and ensuring timely tax preparation. Our companies utilize Mercury, Brex, or Arc for banking, Ramp or Brex for expenses, and QuickBooks Online (QBO) for accounting, following US GAAP and accrual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Manage weekly and monthly close, prepare comprehensive financial statements, and accurately attribute expenses against various companies.
• Tax Preparation: Prepare all books and statements in advance of quarterly tax season, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and laws.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CPA
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
• Strong understanding of tax codes, laws, and financial forecasting
• Experience with risk analysis and financial planning

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
