As a Platform Operations Manager - Push Communication, you'll play a vital role in transforming our store operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate processes that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and document standard operating procedures and best practices for platform-related activities
• Oversee day-to-day operations and support communication initiatives
• Partner with product and vendor teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform functionality
• Develop and deliver training for internal teams and stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in push communication systems
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements or new tools
• Collect and analyze feedback, leveraging insights to help product teams prioritize changes

About You:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of platform management, product ops, and/or equivalent domain experience
• Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology
• Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground and navigate competing interests
• Curiosity and passion for problem-solving
• Experience creating and delivering product tools and stakeholder materials
