• Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle used for pickups and deliveries

• Provide excellent customer service by communicating courteously and professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of yourself, other road users, and the packages being transported
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, payment receipts (if applicable), and any discrepancies
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
