Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage high-performing email and SMS marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and creative teams to ensure unified campaign delivery and maximize impact.
• Analyze campaign metrics, identify areas for improvement, and apply data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Work closely with growth and management teams to enhance user conversion rates, reduce unsubscribe rates, and boost engagement.
• Ensure all email marketing initiatives are compliant with industry standards and best practices, maintaining email databases and overseeing IP reputation management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in HTML and familiar with content management systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, managing campaigns with subscriber lists exceeding 1,000,000.
• Strong proficiency in managing Email Service Providers (ESPs) and utilizing web analytics tools, notably Google Analytics.
