Key Responsibilities:

• Convert audio recordings into accurate verbatim transcripts with exceptional attention to detail
• Edit AI-generated text while adhering to specific style guides and client-specific formatting guidelines
• Maintain a high level of quality in all transcriptions, ensuring precision and grammatical accuracy

Required Skills:

• Exceptional listening skills with a keen eye for detail and strong literacy skills, including comprehension, spelling, and grammar proficiency
• Proficient typing skills with both speed and accuracy, as well as strong adherence to deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment and maintain a high level of organization
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check (note: this opportunity is not available to residents of Massachusetts, Illinois, or California)
• Relevant experience in transcribing and/or caption-to-verbatim editing of audio content

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in transcription and editing within a professional setting, with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
