Your expertise will be instrumental in demonstrating the value of our product offerings, conducting engaging demonstrations, and guiding clients through proof-of-concept initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to advocate for our product solutions, showcasing how our offerings can alleviate challenges and enhance business outcomes
• Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing client accounts
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements by developing and assessing technical solutions, both remotely and onsite
• Deliver impactful presentations and facilitate technical discussions with executive-level stakeholders
• Contribute to innovation by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions, informing product development to align with market demands
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to enhance the overall capabilities of the organization
• Customize presentation materials to cater to the specific needs of each customer, enriching their experience

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in the observability or application performance management (APM) domain

• Project Management: Competence in managing multiple projects while collaborating with different sales teams to meet business objectives
• Desire to Learn: A growth mindset with a strong commitment to staying abreast of new technologies and practices
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with 3+ years of experience in the observability sector
• Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with modern technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $82,000 - $133,000, depending on experience, skills, education, and work location
