As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to internal and external stakeholders, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex data analysis methodologies and predictive models to drive business outcomes
• Lead projects that involve advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis, data visualization, and reporting
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Design and implement data management systems, dashboards, and tools using technologies like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Provide technical expertise and training to stakeholders on data analysis, interpretation, and visualization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience)
• At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Expertise in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
• Proficiency in reporting packages (Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming languages (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English and ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4-hour overlap with US time zones
