As a Part-Time Front End Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing the frontline, coaching and developing team members, and driving membership metrics to deliver exceptional member experiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Brooktondale, NY. As a Front End Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the front line, modeling excellent member service, and driving membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty, and experience programs. You will also train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members, while utilizing various tools and reports to drive performance and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the front line, including cashiers, SCO, and membership desk, in the absence of the Front End Manager
• Model and provide excellent member service, while coaching and developing team members
• Drive membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty, and experience programs
• Train, coach, motivate, and recognize team members on tasks, responsibilities, and expectations
• Utilize various tools and reports to drive performance and member engagement

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience preferred
