Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established plans of care
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care, modifying and updating as needed
• Provide skilled interventions, teaching, and evaluations to achieve realistic outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, including clinical chart record reviews and progress notes
• Perform on-call responsibilities, patient visits, and supervisory visits as assigned
