About the Role:

• Identify and prospect new customers to generate sales leads and expand our customer base
• Engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories
• Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our container products to potential customers
• Negotiate sales and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using our CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $75,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
