Customer Service Support Rep-Client (Remote M-F, 9:00-6:00pm, Rotating Weekends) Schedule subject to change based on business needs

  • Job Description

This ClientCustomer Service Support Dispatcherwill join our Greenville Branch. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients and internal customers to ensure that all inbound calls and online pick up requests accurately and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Dispatch call in and STATs in a professional timely manner
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner averaging 50-60 calls per day
  • Follow approved standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOP's and give recommendations for process improvements
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Accurately logging calls and service request
  • Monitoring pick up requests
  • Communicate via telephone with a physician, drivers, sales, contract couriers and teammates
  • Maintain logistics department spreadsheets and reports

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum one year work experience required Previous call center and customer service experience strongly preferred Previous medical experience strongly preferred Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills preferred Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills preferred
