• Hold a valid real estate broker's license.
• Be eager to lead and develop agents' skills within the real estate industry.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of current real estate trends and contract legislation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate agent transactions, ensuring that they are in compliance with current civil codes and regulations.
• Mentor and develop critical knowledge of real estate with BPO Homes Realty sponsored trainings and lesson plans.
• Build relationships with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Draft and present well-prepared purchase offers to streamline the closing process for buyers.
• Deliver outstanding service and expert advice to establish trust and encourage long-term client relationships.
• Stay informed about the Florida real estate market to answer questions about properties, neighborhoods, and trends.
