About the Role
We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with deep technical expertise and a strong marketing automation background. You’ll play a key role in building, optimizing, and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that enhance engagement and drive growth across digital campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about both technology and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Write and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML/CSS to support personalized, dynamic campaigns.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms for seamless data flow and performance tracking.
- Define and implement marketing automation strategies, including segmentation, testing, and campaign performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain documentation and best practices to support scalability and maintainability.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Advanced knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and email design (HTML/CSS).
- Experience with marketing automation strategy and audience segmentation.
- Proven ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM and external systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce certifications: Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance in email marketing.
