Job Title: Online Chat Representative Job Overview... We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients’ customers through online chat interactions, assisting them with inquiries related to automotive and recreational vehicle sales, services, finance, and general dealership questions. Your primary objective will be to represent our dealer clients in a positive manner while converting these interactions into valuable leads to enhance revenue generation from website traffic.
