We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will engage with customers through online chat, providing accurate product information and contributing to lead generation for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through online chat, responding to their inquiries and providing accurate product information • Assist in scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services Requirements: • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory • Basic understanding of internet and computer-based systems • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Salary Details:The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000, based on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 6% match on 401(k) and company contributions to your HSA.
