Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Insurance Specialists to accompany their team! • Must use your own personal laptop or PC! (No Tablets or Mobile Phones Accepted) ** APPLY TODAY!!! Position: Insurance Specialist Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: Must be able to accept any 8-hour shift assigned between the hours of operation 7am-8pm CST. M-F Type of role: Temp to possible perm Equipment: For consideration, associates MUST provide own device which can be any PC, Apple, Chromebook or thin desktop device such as a home computer, etc. No tablets or phones. Job Details: • Perform both outbound and inbound calls servicing patients depending on department. • Speak to providers and perform benefit investigations. • Verify and input critical patient demographic data and info. • Provide positive and friendly customer service, no collections or sales involved! Job Requirements: • Minimum of 1 year of recent insurance verification experience required. • Ability to work from home, in a quiet setting, using high speed internet. • Must have the ability to hardwire directly into modem. • Positive and friendly personality with exceptional attendance. • Great communication skills and the ability to work in a team-focused environment. The following technical requirements must be met to work from home: • Your own personal Windows PC or Laptop (No tablets or mobile phones permitted, no exceptions) • Have a web cam for use interacting with your manager. Not for use with customers. Webcam on laptop is acceptable. • Minimum RAM requirements: 16gb of RAM, 250gb of storage • DSL or Cable Internet connection with a rated speed of 1Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload. • Reliable Internet Service Provider (ISP). • Once hired install and use the required Company software including a Company provided anti-virus software.
