Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Call Center Agent to accompany their remote team!  MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX*** Position: Remote Medical Call Center Agent Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-8pm CST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided Start Date: November 2024 Job Details  Perform outbound calls to carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.  Using computer skills for data entry.  Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.  Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Job Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Call Center Experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)  *MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP IN IRVING, TX*  Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.  Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors.  Great work attitude and willingness to help others.  HS Diploma/Equivalent.
