Required Skills and Qualifications: Valid nursing license and relevant certifications. Proven experience as a Staff Nurse, preferably in a similar healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of medical procedures, terminology, and medication administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team. Empathetic and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
