Key Responsibilities • Welcome customers with a warm and engaging demeanor. • Assist clients through phone interactions, addressing their inquiries and directing them to our service offerings, thereby ensuring exceptional customer support. • Educate customers about our current services and promotional offerings. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide superior client assistance. • Play an integral role in achieving the team’s daily, monthly, and annual sales objectives. • Regularly update and manage sales reporting systems. • Organize and lead weekly sales meetings, ensuring a structured agenda and fostering collaboration within the team. • Manage and update sales channels and platforms to enhance operational efficiency. Required Skills • Outstanding communication skills, with a strong command of English, as interaction with US clients is essential. • An enthusiastic, approachable, and energetic personality with a sincere commitment to delivering exceptional service. • Foundational knowledge of sales principles and customer service methodologies. • Familiarity with the marketing mix and the capability to analyze market research and consumer behavior. • Proficient in creating spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics, including managing email campaigns and maintaining marketing materials. Qualifications • A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is expected. • Experience in a sales or customer service capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
