Position Summary
As a Customer Service – blithequark Answer Team Consultant, you will serve as a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment. You will respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
- Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Develop technical acumen to effectively resolve complex technical issues
- Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
* Prior call center experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong client-facing orientation
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Capability to develop technical acumen

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
