Weekend On-Call Supervisor (Work from Home - Denver Metro Residents Only) Home Instead - Denver Metro Area We are looking for an Weekend On-Call Supervisor ("On-Call Supervisor") who lives in the Denver Metro area and who will support our North Denver office every other weekend while working from home. There will be periodic weekday shifts that would need to be handled by this position (5 pm until the next morning at 8 am). The On-Call Supervisor will primarily be responsible for answering and servicing our after-hour phone calls and scheduling employee shifts every other weekend. "After hours weekend shifts" for our operations is after 5 p.m. on Friday until 8 a.m. on Monday morning (thus, all day and night for both Saturday and Sunday - and until 8 am on Monday). This position would be the second On-Call Supervisor on the team. The after-hour calls can include Caregiver / client scheduling changes, client plan of care matters, and new client service inquiries. The job is more than just an answering service - On-Call Supervisors are expected to work with clients and caregivers to fill shifts that become open after hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make additional income while working from home with the added benefit of enhancing the lives of aging adults and our Professional Caregivers. A cell phone and laptop are provided by the company, or you can use your own computer and/or phone (expense reimbursement for overage or other fees). There will be opportunities for periodic weekday shifts (5 pm to 8am the next day). Ideal Candidate • Mature, self-confident, professional and service minded. • Tolerance for stress and uncertainty. Fast, efficient, and creative in solving problems relating to people and logistics. • Computer proficiency. Can navigate Windows easily and learn new programs quickly. • Patient / supportive personality. • Clear written and verbal communication and ability to listen effectively. • Must be patient and congenial on the telephone. • Very detail oriented. You're someone who is organized, keeps detailed notes, and understands the importance of proper and accurate documentation. • Able to collaboratively work with other members of the office staff. Compensation: • $140 for each weekend day and night (thus a total of $340 for a weekend shift - 5 pm on Friday to 8 am on Monday) • One and half rate for designated holidays Education/Experience Requirements: • High school graduation or the equivalent • One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered • Training at our North Denver office will be required.
