As a Wellness Counselor, you will provide emotional support, stress management strategies, and personalized guidance to individuals navigating various life challenges. This role is ideal for someone with a strong counseling background and a desire to make a meaningful impact—all from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual counseling sessions via video, phone, or chat platforms. Develop individualized wellness plans tailored to each client's needs. Offer evidence-based strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with a team of counselors and wellness professionals to refine best practices. Stay informed about current trends and tools in mental health and wellness. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Active licensure in your state (e.g., LMHC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT). 2+ years of experience in counseling or mental health support roles. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote communication tools.
