Candidate Engagement: Initiate personalized outreach to potential candidates, building rapport and evaluating their fit for the role. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects for current and future opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of talent. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand the nuances of each role and the ideal candidate profile.
