• Travel nationally to customer sites—primarily in the western US—to install, service, and repair high‑performance industrial equipment and CNC machine tools.
• Deliver exceptional technical service to ensure maximum machine performance and customer productivity.
• Document technical conditions and customer machine information, providing improvement suggestions where necessary.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures to help them achieve peak efficiency.
• Serve as a knowledgeable service ambassador, representing our brand and building lasting customer relationships during installations and repairs.
