• Competitive pay range of $21 - $24 per hour

• Provides assistance to MR Steering Technologist in a supportive environment
• Maintains patient confidentiality and ensures a positive patient experience

• Greets patients with courtesy and respect, describing procedures and putting patients at ease
• Administers oral contrast and provides instructions to patients under the direction of the technologist
• Practices universal precautions and maintains cleanliness of exam room
• Assists in the performance of quality control procedures and reports equipment malfunctions
• Communicates effectively with the steering technologist and ensures appointment schedules are communicated to the front desk team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of approved MR Technologist Assistant program with hands-on clinical training
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to assist in lifting patients onto the table

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Additional certifications or training in MR technology
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and adherence to safety protocols
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and privacy standards
