How You Stand Out: Education & Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts (business or personal brand). Skills : Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.). Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite). Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Spark preferred). Strong writing and editing skills. Analytical mindset to track and improve engagement metrics. Traits : Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Enthusiastic about engaging with audiences and representing our brand values Your Role In Action: Content Creation & Scheduling : Develop and schedule engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Youtube that highlight our services, culture, and industry expertise. Create eye-catching visuals and captions aligned with our brand voice. Engagement : Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build relationships with followers and foster a positive online community. Analytics & Reporting : Monitor engagement metrics and track the performance of campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategies. Collaboration : Work with leadership and team members to align social media content with company goals. Brainstorm and implement innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
