Urgently Hiring: Entry Level Welder

We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Entry Level Welder! Our Remote office provides a state-of-the-art and comfortable workspace. This position requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary of a competitive salary.

 

 

Entry Level Welder Pay: based on weld test Shift: 1st (6AM-4:30PM... Benefits: • Weekly pay • Medical, Dental, Vision • PTO and 401k available Job Description You will weld large parts/frames of railroad equipment for repair, removal, or refinishing. Responsibilities include MIG welding 3/8” structural welds on carbon steel material, both horizontally and vertically. You will perform GMAW, Carbon Arc welding, torch cutting, and plasma cutting/grinding. Preferred Skills • MIG welding - 3/8” structural welds • Dual shield/fluxcore welding • GMAW • Carbon Arc welding • Torch cutting • Plasma cutting/grinding • Ability to read blueprints (preferred but not required) • Willingness to take on additional responsibility • Ability to work well in a team environment Work Environment $18-25/hr, possibly more depending on experience. Potential for higher pay with managerial/lead/supervisor experience. Friendly team environment. Work hours: 6am-4:30pm M-R, 6am-2:30pm F, and potentially two Saturdays a month (5am-11am or 7am-1pm depending on lead coverage).
