Key Responsibilities • Lead intricate partnership tax engagements by preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns, including projections and strategic planning. • Provide authoritative tax advice, delivering innovative solutions and insights on a variety of tax-related issues. • Manage an array of projects, ensuring effective prioritization and adherence to deadlines in client engagements. • Stay informed on the latest developments in tax laws and regulations through thorough research and analysis. • Mentor and cultivate junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. • Establish and maintain robust client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Required Skills • Over 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a concentrated focus on partnership tax. • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state partnership tax laws and regulations. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities. • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools. Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field is required. A master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
