Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your professionalism, optimism, and positive attitude will be vital in creating a pleasant experience for our customers. You'll receive comprehensive training on our computer system, and you'll have the opportunity to gain confidence and develop your skills through working with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and offerings
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working with a point-of-sale system and computer software
• Knowledge of pizza products and menu offerings
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
