You will apply your firsthand experience to design a global template that is operational and executable. As a key member of the project team, you will support the adherence to the global template established by the Global Product Owner (GPO).Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Support the planning and execution of process design, build, testing, and adoption activities within the project team.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the Business Process Owner and the Global Product Owner to plan and prioritize requirements for the global template and build.
- Process Design Methodology: Utilize process design methodologies, tools, templates, and controls to drive comprehensive solutions within the project's scope.
- Process Review and Compliance: Review and approve process decisions and designs, ensuring they comply with the global template.
- Stakeholder Teamwork Engage relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Process Owners (BPOs) to define global processes.
- Change Management: Support the definition of end-user change management strategies for process changes.
- Documentation Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive library of documents related to the global template definition.
- Data Configuration: Collaborate with the project data team to ensure data configurations align with business capability needs.
- Project Management Partnership: Work with the project management office to establish coordinated project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Training and Adoption: Partner with the business adoption team to ensure that change management, business readiness, site readiness, and training meet business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Deliver or Logistics operations or in large transformation programs.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business process design or optimization.
- Extensive knowledge of the Medical Devices Supply Chain.
- Strong customer focus with skills in partner development and management.
- Proactive in addressing challenges in a multifaceted, global environment.
- Ability to build consensus and negotiate trade-off decisions across the organization.
- Superb communication and change management skills.
- Outstanding relationship-building, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities.
- Strong business and digital savvy, including expertise in ERP systems.
- Knowledge of deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
- Familiarity with Good Practices (GxP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) regulations.
- Experience in leading project timelines and achievements in complex business environments.
- Background in multi-ERP/system environments.
- Have familiarity with the Transcend Global Template.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, Process Excellence).
- Requires Travel: up to 25% domestic and international.
- This role is eligible for severance.
