What You'll Do:

• Operate high-speed automated lithium-ion battery production machines in a clean-room environment.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including cleaning, and adjustments.
• Monitor operational processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Participate in peer-to-peer training to share knowledge and foster collaboration.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma / GED required OR 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proven expertise in sub-assemblies, drive units, equipment rebuilds, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with safety protocols, including 4S or 5S principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand: 75%, Walk: 10%, Sit: 5%, Lift: 10%.
• Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs. Assisted lifts for weights over 35 lbs.
• Compliance with PPE requirements, including safety shoes, gloves, glasses, Tyvek suits, and respirators.
