Lead XU/UI Product Designer (Remote- work from anywhere)

One of our companies is currently looking for a Lead UI/UX Product Designer in Anywhere. This is a fully remote opportunity for a seasoned UI/UX Product Designer to lead the design strategy of a fast-growing SaaS platform. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design lifecycle—from user research to high-fidelity execution—ensuring seamless, engaging, and visually consistent experiences across all digital touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex SEO data into intuitive interfaces and create design systems that scale. As a design leader, you’ll mentor others and help build a culture rooted in creativity, usability, and user empathy. Accountabilities:
- Own and maintain a scalable design system that ensures visual and functional consistency
- Define and drive the design vision across core product areas with a focus on usability and clarity
- Create elegant data visualizations and user flows that simplify complex analytics
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate goals into intuitive experiences
- Mentor and support the design team, championing a culture of quality and innovation
- Continuously improve onboarding and retention flows to enhance user engagement
- 5+ years of UI/UX experience, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role, preferably within SaaS or analytics-heavy platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in design for complex web applications
- Expert in Figma and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing and managing scalable design systems
- Advanced understanding of data visualization and information architecture
- Skilled in conducting usability testing, interviews, and applying user feedback
- Solid collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with SaaS user behavior metrics (engagement, churn, retention)
- Bonus: experience with SEO tools, HTML/CSS, A/B testing, or scaling design in startups
- $4,000–$5,000/month based on location and experience
- Fully remote—work from anywhere (preferably EST/CST time zones)
- 15 days paid time off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day off
