Responsibilities
- Ideate and write creative solutions that adhere to the brand vision and brand standards of two Health Plan brands.

- Bring ideas and creative to life with passion and commitment for enterprise-wide campaigns or one-off emails.

- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers and internal business teams.
,
- Apply deep and demonstrated experience in writing for a broad range of deliverables including OLV, display, print, email, DM, and social.
Requirements
- 5 years overall experience as a writer
,
- 2 years of experience as a Senior Writer (in-house or external agency)
,
- Top-notch writing and editing skills, including knowledge of proper punctuation, spelling and grammar
,
- Ability to lead, generate and support impactful creative writing ideas and executions
,
- Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate the input into ideas
,
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and presentation skills
,
- Technical skills including Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and proficiency on a Mac.
Nice-to-haves
- Health care experience

- Proven track record as a Writer with a portfolio of breakthrough creative samples

- Knowledge of digital, print and video production
,
- Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations

- Experience with Figma, Miro and Gen AI.
