Customer Support Specialist
We at Coforge have an urgent need for a Retention Specialist for a long term assignment in Augusta, GA. Start date is May 5th. This is an ONSITE role. Pay rate here is $15/hr on W2 + benefits + retention bonus. The shift will be from 9.30am to 6 pm EST Monday to Friday. - Promoting and/saving products and services
- Providing excellent customer experience via phone
- Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.
- Working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently
- Accurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments.
- Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs.
- Active listening skills
- Ability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience.
