- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
- Partner with clients to fill urgent job openings with qualified candidates
- Leverage recruiting tools and materials to source talent
- Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates, and prepare them and clients for interviews
- Negotiate job offers, and complete reference checks on candidates
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated to make high outbound calls to source clients and candidates
- Comfort establishing professional relationships over the phone
- High standards for integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct
- Effective negotiation skills
- A degree is preferred but not required
- Completion of gpac’s training program and ongoing training requirements
