Responsibilities

As an Online Customer Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that each interaction is personalized, informative, and resolution-focused.
  • Conducting outbound calls with existing customers to discuss their needs, preferences, and concerns, with the goal of building long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.
  • Creating and managing service tickets, scheduling appointments, and reviewing customer account information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and documenting all interactions for future reference.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions and process enhancements.

  • Multitaskers, with the ability to juggle multiple conversations, emails, and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
  • Sales-oriented, with a solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, and the ability to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Proficient typists, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in high-pressure situations.
  • Determined and accountable, with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Preferably, you'll have a background in contact centers, with experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish as their primary language.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or marketing.
