Technical Support Specialist – Live Chat (Remote / No Phone Required)

We are seeking Technical Support Specialists who are committed to redefining customer service excellence. Roles: You will be a key player in our technical team, using live chat to assist customers with their technical issues, guide them through solutions, and provide detailed support for a variety of inquiries. Contract Details: Rate: $35 per hour Contract Length: Open-ended for maximum flexibility Responsibilities: Provide live chat support to address technical queries from both existing and potential customers. Use technical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions. Maintain a high standard of customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution of issues. Requirements: Device Access: Must have access to a device capable of managing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Independence: Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions. Internet: Reliable internet connectivity required. Availability: Minimum of 10 hours per week.
