Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software and machine learning engineers in developing core data and knowledge systems.

- Own, execute, and deliver significant features and initiatives for new user experiences.

- Guide the architecture and technical direction for systems within the Intelligence Platform.

- Track project status and deliverables, communicating progress to leadership and cross-functional partners.

- Foster a strong team culture and support the growth and well-being of direct reports.

- Recruit and develop engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and product delivery.

- Drive decisions on user experience, technical design, privacy, and security.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience hiring and leading a team of machine learning/software development engineers.

- Experience developing production software and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Experience with Knowledge Graphs (KG), RAG systems, integration of LLMs with external memories, and Vector databases.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality in customer-facing software.

- Ability to lead various aspects of the software development process, including user experience and system architecture.

- Excellent collaborative skills, including written and verbal communication.
