Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive content moderation on various platforms according to company policies and guidelines
• Review and assess user-generated content for any signs of offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
• Respond promptly and effectively to user inquiries, complaints, and reports regarding content moderation
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and guidelines for maintaining a safe and positive online environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and best practices in content moderation
• Provide regular reports on content moderation activities and performance metrics
• Assist in training new team members and ensure a consistent approach to content moderation
• Fluent in Icelandic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in content moderation or a similar role
• Strong understanding of current online trends and user behavior
• Ability to assess and make decisions quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
