About the Role
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students in a residential setting. As a houseparent, you will guide a group of 8-12 youth, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with other houseparents and school staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students. Our ideal candidates are experienced in working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. As a member of our team, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
