About the position Aflac of Middle Tennessee is seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual for the Associate position to work in a professional sales environment. This is a truly rewarding Business-to-Business position that offers one of the strongest compensation structures in the industry, flexible schedules with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The role provides an opportunity to earn $3,000 in bonus money while training during the first three months of appointment, and a total of $13,700 in bonus money over the first year. Management and advancement opportunities are available, and extensive management/leadership training is provided for qualified candidates. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary, as the company offers Fortune 500 Corporate Training through Aflac Sales Academy's world-class training program within a mentorship model. The position is full-time and offers a base pay of up to $75,000 per year.
